Where are my fellow Catastrophizers at???

You may be a Catastrophizer if you:
* Think the worst possible outcome with happen, even if there is evidence to the contrary
* Have a huge fear of the unknown
* Perseverate about all the potential terrible things others may be thinking about you
* And more!

If this sounds like you, then you are my people. I know it is exhausting. It feels like the other shoe is always about to drop. It disrupts sleep and makes life feel hard. But it doesn’t always have to be that way. There is a path to recovery.

Today I will share a bit about my journey from Catastrophizer to Recovering Catastrophizer.
